Participating as a vendor at Aquashella is meant to be a fun and positive experience for everyone involved: vendors, attendees, and contestants! Not following our rules can result in additional fees or costs for you as a vendor and may prohibit your future attendance at an Aquashella event.

Vendors shall;

• Follow all staff instructions to ensure the safety of all.
• Set up during the allocated hours for show setup; this is always on Friday, from 9 am to 8 pm.
• Teardown is during the allocated hours for show teardown; this is always Sunday, from 5 pm to 12 am.
• Freight pickups are always to be scheduled for delivery on Thursday or Friday prior to the show, and departure on Monday from 8 am to noon at the venue.
• Use the space allocated to you, and not encroach on the space of others.
• Bring appropriate equipment, and ensure that your display plans do not overload any power circuits that are provided. Each 10' booth is supplied with 4 amps of continuous 24-hour power service; if more is required, it must be booked in advance and may incur additional costs and fees.
• Limit the use of indoor tents and canopies. In some cases, using a tent indoors may require a permit. We have found that most venues limit spacing, and we will soon have venues that do not allow tents at all for indoor booths.
• Understand that while Aquashella will do everything in its power to dim lights in coral areas, it may not be safe or feasible at some venues. You may be in a fully lit area; be sure to bring the proper equipment to showcase your animals in both low-light and high-light conditions.
• Take full responsibility for the health and well-being of your animals. This includes bringing the proper equipment and enclosures to ensure there are no issues with animals being housed overnight or during the event. Aquashella staff will not handle or care for animals.
• Acknowledge that Aquashella cannot guarantee revenue or sales for our vendors. You can bring your own inventory and sell (or not sell) anything you wish. It is your responsibility as a vendor to collect and submit any appropriate taxes and report your results to any State, Local, or Federal agencies.
• Aquashella does not manage live animal permits or permissions. If the animals you intend to bring to a festival are controlled at the venue where an Aquashella is held, it is the vendor's responsibility to present the appropriate permits upon demand to any inspecting agency.
• As part of our Terms and Conditions, and as is standard with trade shows, all vendors are required to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurance and $2,000,000 aggregate to participate in our event.
