Your tickets will be sent digitally to your email. If you do not receive a ticket email within 30 minutes of purchase please check your spam folder.

Aquashella staff can look up your ticket via your ticket number or the name of the individual that ordered the tickets.

Aquashella tickets are non refundable.

You will receive a voucher in your to use for redemption at the Aquashella Merch Booth when you check in at the festival.
